One thing you can do is gently remind the child that Jesus died and ROSE again. Remind them to celebrate His RESURRECTION!!!

Hi swim, when you say jehovahs do you mean Jehovah's itness?
and does the "celebrates Jesus' death" mean that this person commemorates Jesus' death, this is a Jehovah's witness practice.
If this is the case, I'd say just witness to this person about the love of Christ and why He died for us. What Jesus means to your life, the individual JW has no answer for.
