Hello new commer, I believe that the Pastor from Higher Hope International does this kind of ministry. His ministry is tri-lingual, English, Spanish and sign language.
It is refreshing to see that there are no barriers when we set our minds to different type of ministries, the Lord always finds a way. Keep up the good work and may our God continue to bless you.
